You have your story bible. You have your chapter-by-chapter outline. Now this plugin turns both into a publish-ready first draft — without you writing a word.

What It Does

Upload your codex (story bible) and your outline. The plugin:

• Parses both files — pulling out characters, locations, lore, subplots, structure, and every per-chapter beat. Works with PDF or DOCX.
• Shows you a summary of what it found, so you can confirm it caught everything.
• Asks if you want to change anything — character names, gender, places, POV, tense, heat level, length target. You can also upload a writing sample so the manuscript matches your voice.
• Lets you choose your Claude model — Opus 4.7, Opus 4.6, Sonnet 4.6, or Haiku 4.5 — with the model recorded in the Edit Log and KDP Info doc for series consistency.
• Detects your genre and applies a matching guardrail system so the prose hits genre-specific quality standards.
• Writes the manuscript chapter-by-chapter with editorial passes after every chapter — catching AI-isms, voice drift, and genre rule violations before they compound.
• Runs structural integrity gates every 3 chapters — automatically catches the bugs that ruin AI-assisted drafts: narrator future-leak (“I would later learn…”), telegraphed clues, antagonist names appearing too often before the reveal, suspects cleared too fast, and outline drift (the prose wandering away from the plan).
• Runs a six-pass end-of-book editorial pipeline — AI-ism deep scrub, developmental edit, beta read, line edit, proofread, plus a holistic whole-book polish pass.
• Final integrity sweep before delivery — the manuscript must pass structural integrity before it’s finalized.
• Delivers a publish-ready .docx manuscript, a companion KDP Info document with Amazon metadata and a cover prompt, and an Edit Log showing every change made.

Each guardrail prevents the failure mode AI hits hardest in that genre — softened dark characters, romcoms that lose their humor by Act 3, mysteries with arbitrary reveals, paranormal premises that fade to set dressing, etc.

What You Get

One folder per book containing the manuscript, a KDP Info document with Amazon metadata, and an Edit Log of every change. The manuscript is delivered as a clean, formatted Word document ready to import into Atticus, Vellum, or upload directly to KDP.

Customization Before Writing

Before the plugin starts writing, you can:

• Rename characters — swap names, change pronouns or gender entirely
• Rename or relocate places — change a Pacific Northwest bog to a Sonoran desert
• Switch POV mode — first person, third person, single POV, alternating POVs
• Change tense — past or present
• Override the heat level — make it sweeter or steamier than the codex specified
• Change the length target — turn a 60k novel into a 30k novella with the same outline beats, or vice versa
• Upload a writing sample — the plugin extracts your voice fingerprints (sentence rhythm, adjective density, metaphor register) and matches them throughout the manuscript
• Choose your Claude model — pick Opus 4.7 for highest quality, Sonnet 4.6 for fast iteration, or Haiku 4.5 for testing

Editorial Pipeline

Every chapter is edited the moment it’s drafted (Edit-As-You-Go). Every 3 chapters, two automated gates run: a structural integrity scan and an outline-drift check. Then the full manuscript runs through a six-pass end-of-book pipeline:

1. AI-ism Deep Scrub — every banned AI crutch phrase rewritten
2. Developmental Edit — structure, pacing, character arcs, thread tracking
3. Beta Read — target-audience simulation with concrete revision suggestions
4. Line Edit — sentence-level polish
5. Proofread — spelling, punctuation, consistency
6. Holistic Manuscript Polish — whole-book revision pass that strips artificial chapter endings, eliminates AI artifacts, fixes stiff or scripted dialogue, locks every sense-detail to the active POV character, and ensures continuous narrative momentum from chapter to chapter — without shortening the manuscript

Plus a final integrity sweep after the editorial pipeline finishes — the manuscript must pass before delivery.

Integrity Gates (Automatic)

Two structural checks run automatically every 3 chapters during writing AND as final gates before delivery:

• Narrator future-leak detection — catches the phrases that AI defaults to that destroy suspense in any genre with withheld information (“I would later learn,” “in retrospect,” “as it turned out,” “little did she know,” “in the days that followed”). These are invisible to line edits — they have to be caught structurally.
• Telegraphed observation detection — catches the narrator labeling clues as significant while pretending to merely observe them.
• Antagonist-name density (mystery, suspense, thriller, dark romance with reveal) — flags chapters where the antagonist is named too many times relative to red-herring suspects, which trains the reader on the answer before they should know it.
• Suspect-clearing speed (mystery) — flags suspects cleared in fewer than 2 verifiable steps.
• Outline drift detection — verifies the prose still matches the outline’s POV, opening hooks, key scenes, cliffhangers, and intimate-beat flags.

If any gate produces a FAIL, the pipeline stops and surfaces the report. You decide whether to revise or accept the deviation as intentional.

Speed Options

The full pipeline takes several hours for a full-length novel. If you need it faster:

• Draft-only — skip per-chapter editing, run only the end-of-book pipeline
• No editorial — produce the first draft and stop (you edit separately)

Default is the full pipeline.

Requirements

• A complete codex (story bible) with characters, locations, lore, etc.
• A complete chapter-by-chapter outline
• Both files in PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD format

What This Plugin Doesn’t Do

• It does not generate the codex or outline — those are inputs you provide
• It does not upload your book to KDP
• It does not generate cover art (but the KDP Info doc includes a cover prompt you can feed to Ideogram, Midjourney, or your designer)
• It does not produce a print-formatted PDF — the .docx output works in Atticus, Vellum, Word, or any standard formatting tool
