The Romantic Suspense Outline Builder is a Claude plugin that builds complete, market-informed romantic suspense outlines with a 5-rule guardrail system enforced at every structural decision. The Genre Problem

1. Causal Crossover: Every major romance beat must create a suspense consequence. Every major suspense beat must create a romantic consequence. The kiss that reveals their location. The interrogation that forces vulnerability. If either thread can be deleted without affecting the other, the interlock has failed.
